Best Tip for Monday, Good save the Queen.
- Title : Best Tip for Monday, Good save the Queen.
There are three divisions between these two sides and I think Northampton will prove to be too big of a mouthful for Oxford City. Again, there is quite far from National League to League One after all. I don't think we will see any surprises in this game.
National League South side Oxford City have a ruthless impending match timetable to battle with, as they would like to paralyze League One's Northampton Town in R1 of this current season's FA Cup. Will we see an early stun? Or then again will the guests' quality demonstrate excessively?
After beating the likes of Royal Wootton, Tamworth, and Weymouth in the starter adjusts, Oxford City will be hoping to give fans one more explanation behind festival when they face Northampton Town in the FA Cup cycle 1. The National League South side head into the match following a 2-0 misfortune to Hampton and Richmond, and it is no big surprise they are viewed as longshots in to this game.
Northampton, on the other hand, have been giving indications of progress in the League One of late, and seeing that the game will be played away from public scrutiny, I accept that punters can discover an incentive in wagering on the meeting group. In their last away game in the League One the Cobblers crushed Wigan Athletic, which is one more motivation behind why we are enticed to put our cash on the meeting team.
Interestingly, Monday pits these two sides together for the first time. Oxford hope it's not long before they're competing against Northampton on a more regular basis – there are three divisions between them at present. League form doesn't count for much in cup competitions, but the hosts have a difficult schedule to navigate which will work against them.Somehow I'm predicting that Northampton will take this game tonight.
My prediction: Northampton Win FT
